HOW TO ORDER

Your piece. Your fit. Your identity.

Every RaphaL garment is handcrafted in small quantities, with care and time dedicated to each creation. Here’s how to place your order.

1. Choose your piece — make it your own

Explore the collection and choose your favourite design.

Personalisation goes beyond measurements: we can also create an existing RaphaL design using different fabrics, colours or print combinations, depending on fabric availability.

Whether you want a piece made to your measurements, a different fabric combination, or both, email us at rafaelacflourenco@gmail.com before placing your order. We’ll explore the options together and confirm the details, price and production time.

2. Send us your details

To prepare your order, we’ll need:

  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Name of the garment and selected size
  • Specific body measurements, when needed

For a piece made to your measurements, follow our measurement guide and send your measurements in centimetres, together with your height. If you’re unsure how to measure, we’re here to help.

3. Confirm your order

For orders arranged directly with us, a deposit of 50% of the garment price is required to confirm your order.

The remaining 50%, together with shipping costs, must be paid before dispatch.

4. Allow time for handmade production

Garments that are not in stock require 2–3 weeks for production, starting from confirmation of your order and receipt of the initial payment.

Each piece is made individually, with the attention it deserves.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Made-to-measure or personalised garments cannot be exchanged or returned simply due to a change of preference, without prejudice to your applicable statutory rights.

For collection garments, exchanges and returns are subject to applicable consumer law.
